Dr. Lucas accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior on Sept 10th/ 1987 and his Life did a 360 degree turn. In 1993 he was ordained as a minister. In 2006 he begin his Doctorate Degree Biblical Studies from Covenant College Jacksonville NC.

He founded Winning In Life Christian Fellowship Church on October 10th, 1997 with 5 members . Now W.I.L.C.F. is a growing vital church in Anderson SC owning Land and Building. Dr. Lucas married his lovely wife Carolyn on June 27 1992 who ministers by his side. The Lucas’s mission is to effectively impact lives with the Gospel of Jesus Christ Using Romans 12:2 as a guideline, their focus is helping people create new lives as they destroy the powers of their past.
